2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, phone, e-mail, branch/service preference and message; technically, IP address and time of submission.
- WhatsApp quick request: the details you choose are not sent to or stored on our website; they are prepared in your browser as a WhatsApp message which you send yourself.
- Location: only if you tick the consent box and press “Add my location”, via your browser’s permission, and only added to the WhatsApp message you send. We do not store location data.
- Cookies & analytics: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics cookies may be used to measure site usage.
3. Purposes
Responding to your requests, handling appointments and quotes, providing on-site service, and improving site security and service quality.
4. Legal bases
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, for location data, Art. 5/1 (explicit consent).
5. Transfers
Data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail providers to the extent necessary. WhatsApp messages are transmitted via WhatsApp (Meta) at your choice.
6. Retention
Contact form records are kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
